Guest Requirements, For safety reasons, our tours are not recommended for:

Children are welcome; however, we recommend participants be at least 3 years of age. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

All reservations, deposits, and ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If your tour cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions or an FAA-issued Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR), your payment may be transferred to another available flight date and time without penalty.

The final decision regarding weather conditions, aircraft operation, departure, or cancellation rests solely with the Pilot in Command and Fly Miami Beach.
Flight Experience

Every tour is professionally guided and narrated by your pilot.

Aviation headsets are provided for every passenger.

Motion sickness bags are available onboard.
A $45 cleaning fee will be charged if a passenger becomes airsick and does not use the provided airsick bag.
Photography
Guests are welcome to bring cameras and mobile devices to capture their experience. However, Fly Miami Beach is not responsible for any loss, damage, or malfunction of personal belongings during the tour.
Safety & Liability
By participating, guests acknowledge that helicopter sightseeing involves inherent risks and agree to participate at their own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly Miami Beach, its affiliates, employees, and pilots shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in a tour, except where required by applicable law.
