The Pilot
Captain Arturo E. Arboleda
Our Pilot in Command is Captain Arturo E. Arboleda, or Art Arboleda for short. Art is a permanent and local bread Miami pilot. Since his first solo almost 9 years ago he has achieved his Airplane & Helicopter Instrument Rating and Commercial FAA endorsements.
While the Airplane and Helicopter instrument ratings makes you a better and safer pilot, especially when flying long distance or when the weather turns on you unexpectedly, it is the commercial rating that allows pilots to carry passengers. These ratings, along with the thousands of hours of experience that Arturo has obtained over the years flying over and through Miami is what guarantees that your Miami Air Tour will be as safe as memorable.

The Aircrafts
Cessna's & Robinson Helicopters.
Our fleet consist of 2 single engine, high wing Cessna's for optimal viewing purposes that carries 3 passenger each, 1 single engine Cessna that carries 5 passengers also with high wing for optimum viewing and 2 Robinson helicopters R44's that carry 3 passengers and capable of hovering for the perfect photo opportunities or landing on roof tops. All Our aircrafts are all specifically designed for aerial tours that include: larger viewing windows, comfortable leather seats, air-conditioning, satellite radio and intercoms for each passenger.

Constant monthly and weekly maintenance assures that you will be boarding an aircraft that is safe, secure and up to and beyond FAA airworthy standards.

Safety, pre-cautious and prepared above everything else.
Please note: These tours are not suitable for pregnant guests, guests prone to motion sickness, guests with a fear of heights, guests with limited mobility, and guests who utilize a wheelchair. Lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection are recommended; a sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. We recommend children being at least 3 years of age to participate on this tour. Payment is accepted via cash or credit card; checks are not accepted. All deposits and sales are non-refundable, unless operation of this tour is suspended due to prevailing weather conditions and/or a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) issued by the FAA. The final decision as to weather, take-off and departure of each tour is at the sole discretion of the captain in command, pilot in command and/or Miami Beach Air Tours, Inc. In the event tours are canceled due to weather concerns or a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) issued by the FAA, deposits and/sales can be allocated toward other flights at other times without penalty. All tours are guided and narrated by the pilot. Headsets are included for all passengers. Airsick bags are located behind the pilot and co-pilot seats. A $45.00 charge will be assessed to airsick passengers who do not use the airsick bags. Cameras are welcome, but Miami Beach Air Tours, Inc. will not be held responsible for any damage to cameras while in-flight. Passengers participate on tours at their own risk. Miami Beach Air Tours, Inc. will not be held responsible for any damage or injury to person or property while the aircraft is in-flight. All aircraft are FAA-certified, and routinely inspected.
